Applicants who primarily require official documentation to begin their Schengen visa application and travel preparations may select the Visa Invitation Letter Only category for the European Youth Assembly 2027.

By selecting this category, applicants will receive an official Schengen visa invitation letter confirming their intended participation in EYA 2027, taking place from March 17–20, 2027 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The package also includes official delegate confirmation, confirmation of the Assembly dates and location, and one-time embassy or consular coordination where reasonably required.

This category is designed for participants who need the necessary event documentation to begin their visa process early and prepare for their potential participation in the Assembly. It provides flexibility for applicants who may wish to arrange their travel and participation separately or consider an upgrade at a later stage.

Applicants may also have the option to upgrade to an eligible Assembly participation category, subject to availability and the applicable terms. The Visa Invitation Letter Only category does not itself include accommodation, airfare, meals, or full Assembly participation unless the applicant subsequently upgrades to an eligible participation category.
