The European Youth Assembly 2027 in Amsterdam is an international youth leadership and policy forum designed to connect ambitious individuals with new ideas, diverse perspectives, and meaningful opportunities for global engagement.
Across four days, participants will engage in expert-led discussions, interactive workshops, policy conversations, leadership sessions, networking activities, and delegate speaking opportunities.
Rather than limiting participation to a particular profession or academic discipline, EYA 2027 welcomes a multidisciplinary community representing different countries, cultures, sectors, and experiences.

The European Youth Assembly 2027 is an international youth leadership and policy gathering taking place in Amsterdam, Netherlands, from March 17–20, 2027. It brings together participants from around the world for discussions, workshops, networking, and leadership development.
The Assembly is organized by the Center for International Policy and Sustainability (CIPS), a Canada-based civil society organization working across youth engagement, sustainable development, international dialogue, and policy participation.
Yes. EYA 2027 is open globally. Applicants from all nationalities and regions are welcome.

No. The Assembly welcomes applicants from all academic disciplines and professional backgrounds.
EYA 2027 offers 30 Fully Funded seats, 20 Partially Funded seats, and 50 Free Assembly Passes, providing 100 competitive funded or free participation opportunities.
It includes international airfare support, hotel accommodation, visa support, designated meals and coffee breaks, full Assembly access, certification, merchandise, networking, speaking opportunities, and other specified program benefits.
No. The USD 17.99 application fee enables an applicant to enter the competitive evaluation process but does not guarantee selection.
Yes. A total of 150 Direct Access seats are available: 75 without accommodation and 75 with accommodation.
Yes. Visa support is available under applicable participation categories. A separate Visa Invitation Letter Only option is also available for individuals wishing to begin their Schengen visa process before confirming full participation.
Yes. You only need to complete one application form to be considered for all three participation categories. There is no need to submit separate applications for each category.
